Health care fraud doesn’t only impact your wallet
The ramifications of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act affect every health care entity. The next few years will bring with them an avalanche of regulation and requirements as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) begins to implement the various pieces of this legislation, and it’s a safe bet that virtually every one of these will be fought over tooth and nail, leaving final rules and regulations in flux for years.
