He is experienced in product management, software implementation, project management and product strategy. In his role, Mr. Markloff spearheads efforts to identify and address market needs, as well as drive new initiatives for several products in the LexisNexis Health Care portfolio. Mr. Markloff’s previous experience includes data acquisition and consultation on new business concepts and startups. Dr. Anton Berisha is the Senior Director of Clinical Analytics and Innovation for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care. Dr. Berisha is uniquely qualified for his role having more than two decades of clinical experience in general practice, general surgery, clinical laboratory and pharmacy. He has extensive expertise working with relational databases, data analysis and predictive modeling applications across the continuum of healthcare.
Director, Market Planning
Casey Hibbs is the Director of Market Planning with responsibilities for all go-to-market and strategy activities for the Provider Data MasterFile and Provider Integrity Scan solutions. She also leads the go-to-market strategy. Ms. Hibbs came to LexisNexis Risk Solutions from QuintilesIMS, where she held roles in offering management and technology solutions consulting. Prior to IMS, Ms. Hibbs worked in professional services for Health Market Science, with a focus on life sciences clients.

Ms. Timmons serves LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care as a Director of Market Strategy. Her focus is on the development and execution of strategic planning for both data linking and hygiene solutions as well as access identity management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Western Carolina University and an MBA in Business Management from Emory University, Goizueta Business School.

Craig has spent the last 25 years helping the nation’s leading pharmacy chains, PBMs, and technology partners deploy compliance related information solutions, real-time transaction services and analytics. His expertise includes building strategy to integrate workflow tools designed to enhance operational efficiencies and optimize the overall patient experience. Building strong partner relationships and consistent interaction throughout our extensive market leading client base is key focus for the Pharmacy team enabling the ongoing development of services meeting the emerging demands of the industry. Dan Eikum is a senior solution consultant specializing in provider data for our healthcare markets. He has an extensive background in analytics and mathematics, which he applies to a deep understanding of products in his role of architecting solutions for customers. Dan has been in healthcare for 14 years with experience in several markets including third-party-administrators, payers and hospital systems. His expertise and passions include understanding client problems, performing detailed data analysis, building in workflow solutions, and tailoring existing products to meet new use cases. Residing in the Twin Cities, Dan has a degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Emily Mortimer is Director of Market Planning with responsibilities for strategy and development activities for the LexisNexis Social Determinants of Health solutions. In over 8 years at LexisNexis, Ms. Mortimer has served as subject matter expert for MarketView, our medical claims and analytic solutions, serving in several capacities including leading client services and implementation, managing analytics and statistical modeling resources, and contributing to product management and strategy. Ms. Mortimer has a background in public health and epidemiology, holding an MPH from Drexel University School of Public Health.

Jay has been a thought leader in healthcare, advising over 120 payer and 50 provider organizations on new payment models, clinical data use, and Interoperability. Jay currently leads the team that sets forth strategy and leadership for the company’s healthcare solutions. In his previous role at Cognizant, Jay was tasked to lead the application of the specific areas of strategy from inception to “business as usual.” In 2018, he was asked to focus on interoperability and has become a national thought leader and evangelist on how interoperability can practically be accomplished and how it will change healthcare. He has managed the largest investment Cognizant has ever made in a new healthcare capability, working across the numerous internal teams to bring forward a powerful view of products and services that address the needs of our clients.

Jeffrey Diamond is Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care. Having spent more than 10 years with the company, Jeffrey has held a variety of leadership roles in areas including Client Services, Consulting, Operations and Sales. Jeffrey is responsible for leading the Sales, Client Engagement, Product Delivery, Project Management, Market Strategy, and Data Audit Teams. These consist of both onshore and offshore talent. Jill Luber is Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology Officer for the Government and Healthcare markets within LexisNexis Risk Solutions, with leadership responsibility for strategy, implementation, and stability of high-availability applications. She currently leads over 300 engineers in multiple geographies across the globe. She has been a member of the technology organization for over 16 years. Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Jill held a position as a consultant at Accenture based in Atlanta, GA. Jill holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics from Mississippi State University.

Jill Regan has over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, including several years practicing as a retail pharmacist and in various pharmacy leadership positions. At LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care, Jill leverages her industry expertise to support retail and PBM clients with pharmacy operations and managed care compliance. Jill’s areas of expertise include pharmacy automation, clinical/audit compliance, Medicare Part D/B, claim investigation/documentation, CMS regulations, Medicare Fraud/Waste/Abuse, HIPAA and Risk Management. Jill holds a B.S., Pharmacy, from Purdue University.

Jim Peyton is Sr. Director of Relationship Management. Jim has been with Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions for 5+ years, serving as a subject matter expert with specific focus on Provider Data Intelligence solutions. Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Jim worked for Optum, a UHG company, for six years, in their payment integrity division where he served as Director of Client Service and Director of Operations for Government Programs. Jim has deep back ground in delivering data and analytics solutions outside of health care as well, from a 17 year career with FICO (FKA Fair, Isaac) where he was a Vice President and held various leadership positions that served clients across several industries including telecom services, retail, financial and publishing.

Joe Finazzo is a multi-faceted, award winning sales professional and leader with a diverse background in healthcare data and analytics. Joe draws upon his experience in data analysis, project and people management, product development, strategy development, consulting, and sales execution to drive value. Formally a senior solutions executive for market intelligence solutions, his vast knowledge of healthcare markets as a subject matter expert on medical claims data analytics and physician referral patterns helps him counsel customers on how to best leverage data to drive value for strategic planning, outreach and marketing.

Mr. Hyde has been instrumental in the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Government sector, specifically in the strategy, design, and implementation of identity solutions for Health and Human Services agencies nationwide. He has directed the implementation of numerous Federal and State Government programs which includes the Florida Department of Children and Families Customer Authentication project. Additionally, Mr. Hyde has directed the design and deployment of solutions focused at preventing, detecting, and deterring fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicaid and other programs, as well as managed various teams of solution architects and analysts. She works with claims data to develop commercial strategies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Liz worked for several healthcare technology companies, including Adheris an inVentiv Health company, i3 Innouvs (now Optum), Pharmetrics, IMS and Eli Lilly. Prior to working in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sector, she worked within the Departments of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities in Massachusetts, providing behavioral consulting and emergency services to patients. In addition, she worked to develop medication training programs across both DMH and DDS, to foster patient compliance, and reduce hospitalizations.

In her role, Rebecca is a key contributor for setting and executing MarketView’s innovation and strategy, serving as an industry SME, working to set the product suites’ roadmap and vision. This includes engaging with cross-functional teams to identify new products and enhancements, evaluating market opportunities, conducting market sizing and financial analyses, creating go-to-market documentation, and collaborating on marketing and media messaging. At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Rich designs and deploys solutions for health care stakeholders that improve health outcomes, reduce medical spend and align with industry objectives such as consumerism/pay for value. Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Rich worked for such companies as SAS Institute, Ingenix (Optum) and several start-ups. He holds a degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sean has more than 24 years of experience developing database solution selling models and advanced data mining solutions for both B2B and B2C. Prior to LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Sean spent 11 years with Medtronic leading Business Insights & Analytics teams focused on building internal and external stakeholder deliverables that increase growth or reduce cost by optimizing people, process, technology and data including: Global data acquisition (multiple 3rd party vendors), Data management – ETL, QA, Store, and Insight – Descriptive (BI), Predictive & Prescriptive analytics. Sean has a BA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, a MS in Statistics from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Tom is the Senior Director of Solution Innovation & Key Initiatives for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care. His responsibilities include leading technology and analytic innovation for our portfolio of healthcare solutions. Mr. Suk oversees application development/delivery and product quality assurance, technical infrastructure and data acquisition for these areas as they relate to driving innovation. He is also involved with enterprise security policies and systems and integration opportunities. Prior to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Tom was director of product development at FICO where he was responsible for CDI initiatives for financial and marketing services. Tom holds a B.A. in Biology from Carleton College and an MBA in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.

Victor Tavernini is Vice President of Product Management and Analytics for the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care business. In this role, he leads product development and analytic strategy for solutions serving Provider, Payer, Life Sciences and Pharmacy customers. Previously at LexisNexis, he has held various leadership positions in software engineering and product management groups. Prior to LexisNexis, Tavernini held software engineering positions at CBS SportsLine and AT&T Bell Labs. He holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a MS in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
