Andrew Markloff is an innovative and accomplished member of the LexisNexis Market Planning team. He is experienced in product management, software implementation, project management and product strategy. In his role with LexisNexis, Mr. Markloff spearheads efforts to identify and address market needs, as well as drives new initiatives for several products in the LexisNexis Health Care portfolio. Mr. Markloff’s previous experience includes data acquisition and consultation on new business concepts and startups. Because of his comprehensive and varied background, Mr. Markloff has become a fast-riser in the LexisNexis organization. Dr. Anton Berisha is the senior director of clinical analytics and Innovation for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care. Dr. Berisha is uniquely qualified for his role having more than two decades of clinical experience in general practice, general surgery, clinical laboratory and pharmacy. He has extensive expertise working with relational databases, data analysis and predictive modeling applications across the continuum of healthcare.

Casey Hibbs is the director of market planning with responsibilities for all go-to-market and strategy activities for the LexisNexis MasterFile and Provider Integrity Scan solutions. She also leads the Reltio go-to-market strategy. Ms. Hibbs came to LexisNexis from QuintilesIMS, where she held roles in offering management and technology solutions consulting. Prior to IMS, Ms. Hibbs worked in professional services for Health Market Science, with a focus on life sciences clients.

Craig has spent the last 25 years helping the nation’s leading pharmacy chains, PBMs, and technology partners deploy compliance related information solutions, real-time transaction services and analytics. His expertise includes building strategy to integrate workflow tools designed to enhance operational efficiencies and optimize the overall patient engagement experience. Building strong partner relationships and consistent interaction throughout our extensive market leading client base is key focus for the Pharmacy team enabling the ongoing development of services meeting the emerging demands of the industry. Craig is a graduate of Purdue University, Krannert School of Management and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Director, Strategic Solutions Consultants
Eric McCulley is the director, strategic solutions consultants and leader of the LexisNexis team of “identity solutions architects.” This group has deep subject matter expertise specific to our member and patient identity solutions, including our social determinants of health solutions. Mr. McCulley started his health-care career as a nurse administrator in cardiology, endocrinology and intensive care. He expanded his industry experience through various sales, marketing and operational leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and biologics industries and in the health-care consulting space. Mr. McCulley graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a registered nurse (RN) license.

Erin Benson is the director of market planning for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care. Ms. Benson focuses on the development and execution of strategic planning for identity management and social determinants of health solutions. She came to LexisNexis from Deloitte Consulting. Ms. Benson earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, and she holds an MBA in Strategy and Management from Duke University.

Jeffrey Diamond is the Vice President of Sales, Market Planning and Operations for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care. Having spent more than 10 years with the company, Jeffrey has held a variety of leadership roles in areas including Client Services, Consulting, Operations and Sales. As of 2016 Jeffrey has led the strategy and product management functions for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Health Care, which develops and maintains dozens of products across four healthcare markets. Jeffrey has his undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University.
VIce President of Technology & Chief Technology Officer
Jill Luber is a Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology Officer for the Government and Healthcare markets within LexisNexis Risk Solutions, with leadership responsibility for strategy, implementation, and stability of high-availability applications which are powered by high-performance supercomputing platforms. She currently leads over 300 engineers in multiple geographies across the globe. She has been a member of the technology organization for over 16 years.
Previous to joining LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Jill held a position as a consultant at Accenture based in Atlanta, GA. Jill holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics from Mississippi State University.

Jill’s areas of expertise include pharmacy automation, clinical/audit compliance, Medicare Part D/B, claim investigation/documentation, CMS regulations, Medicare Fraud/Waste/Abuse, HIPAA and Risk Management. Jim Peyton is Director of Strategic Solutions Consulting serving all LexisNexis Health Care Markets. Jim and his team work in conjunction with the sales to drive new business development, bringing solution subject matter expertise into the sales process. Jim has been with Lexis Nexis for 5 years, serving as a subject matter expert with specific focus on Provider Data Intelligence solutions. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Jim worked for Optum, a UHG company, for six years, in their payment integrity division where he served as Director of Client Service and Director of Operations for Government Programs. Jim has deep back ground in delivering data and analytics solutions outside of health care as well, from a 17 year career with FICO (FKA Fair, Isaac) where he was a Vice President and held various leadership positions that served clients across several industries including telecom services, retail, financial and publishing.

Joe Finazzo is a multi-faceted, award winning sales professional and leader with a diverse background in healthcare data and analytics. Joe draws upon his experience in data analysis, project and people management, product development, strategy development, consulting, and sales execution to drive value for LexisNexis Health Care. Formally a senior solutions executive for market intelligence solutions, his vast knowledge of healthcare markets as a subject matter expert on medical claims data analytics and physician referral patterns helps him counsel customers on how to best leverage data to drive value for health care strategic planning, outreach and marketing.

Josh Schoeller is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of LexisNexis Health Care. He has over 20 years of experience across Payer, Provider, Life Sciences and Pharmacy industries leading product and growth strategies. Mr. Schoeller specializes in big data, provider and identity data management and integration, application architecture, predictive analytics and decision support. His track record of success working with multiple segments across health care has provided him the expertise to solve challenges faced by stakeholders at various levels within an organization, leading them to keep the big picture in focus while solving specific problems.

Mr. Hyde has been instrumental in the LexisNexis Government Sector specifically in the strategy, design, and implementation of identity solutions for Health and Human Services agencies nationwide. His experience spans many fronts in the Government industry; both Federal and State. He is an experienced program manager who directed the implementation of numerous Federal and State Government programs which includes the Florida Department of Children and Families Customer Authentication project.
Additionally, Mr. Hyde has directed the design and deployment of solutions focused at preventing, detecting, and deterring fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicaid and other programs, as well as managed various teams of solution architects and analysts. Kathy graduated from West Chester University in West Chester, PA and resides in North Wales, PA with her husband.

Liz Paulson has over 25 years of healthcare data and analytics experience. Currently Ms. Paulson serves as a Account Executive at LexisNexis Healthcare. She works with claims data to develop commercial strategies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Liz worked for several healthcare technology companies, including Adheris an inVentiv Health company, i3 Innouvs (now Optum), Pharmetrics, IMS and Eli Lilly. Prior to working in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sector, she worked within the Departments of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities in Massachusetts, providing behavioral consulting and emergency services to patients. In addition, she worked to develop medication training programs across both DMH and DDS, to foster patient compliance, and reduce hospitalizations.

Makesha serves LexisNexis Health Care as Director, Market Planning. Her focus is on the development and execution of strategic planning for the company’s provider data intelligence suite of products. Throughout her 20+ year career, including product strategy, product management, and analytic roles at IQVIA, Medecision, Optum, Delaware Department of Health, and Delaware Physicians Group, Makesha has developed and supported products at various stages of maturity touching healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and life science customers. She holds a BS in Information Management Systems and MS in Information Technology from Wilmington University. She also holds multiple certifications including Product Management, Project Management, Scrum Master and Product Owner. In her spare time, Makesha loves to enjoy time with her family and friends, travel, run, and take Zumba classes.

His previous experience includes roles at McKesson and US Oncology. This combination of experience gives Mr. Owen deep healthcare industry knowledge and expertise. Rich Morino has over 20 years’ experience assisting clients with data, analytics and predictive modeling solutions and has focused solely on the health care market since 2003. At LexisNexis, Rich designs and deploys solutions for health care stakeholders that improve health outcomes, reduce medical spend and align with industry objectives such as consumerism/pay for value. Prior to LexisNexis, Rich worked for such companies as SAS Institute, Ingenix (Optum) and several start-ups. He holds a degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Richard K. Grape, Jr. is the Director of Market Planning and Innovation overseeing our Claims Analytics suite for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this role, he acts as part futurist, part visionary, and as a strategic leader that directs the overall market, product vision, and sales strategies as it services Healthcare and Government nationwide. A passionate advocate for the benefits of sharing data, he has led multiple contributory initiatives and defined data sharing frameworks for projects such as the National Accuracy Clearinghouse.
Vice President, Market Planning and Strategy
Shweta leads the market planning and strategy teams for the healthcare business at LexisNexis. In her role, she is responsible for understanding business needs across the payer, provider, life sciences and pharmacy segments to drive product and strategy to achieve customer and business objectives. Shweta also helps define fact-based growth strategies for the healthcare and public sector business units; develops business cases and go-to-market approaches for new product and market expansion initiatives and serves as strategic advisor to executive team, including providing recommendations on business focus based on assessment of market and competitive trends and ability to create a sustainable competitive advantage.
Senior Business Consultant for Program Integrity and Fraud, Waste and Abuse
Tom Figurski has over 25 years of diverse health care experience primarily in the managed care arena, but also in provider practice management. His areas of expertise include fraud waste and abuse investigation and recovery, technology, and compliance, as well as payment/program integrity models, and more. He has also served as a liaison for various federal, state and local investigative and oversight agencies. Tom built and led a managed care organizations special investigations unit for almost 16 years. He has been a speaker at the National Healthcare Anti-fraud Association and NETS training conferences and NETS, as well as at the National Association for Medicaid Program Integrity. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is proud to be a Certified Professional Coder.
Senior Director, Solution Innovation
Tom is the Senior Director, Solution Innovation for LexisNexis Health Care. His responsibilities include leading technology and analytic innovation for our portfolio of healthcare solutions. Tom oversees application development/delivery and product quality assurance, technical infrastructure and data acquisition for these areas as they relate to driving innovation. He is also involved with enterprise security policies and systems and LexisNexis Risk integration opportunities. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Tom was director of product development at FICO where he was responsible for CDI initiatives for financial and marketing services. Tom holds a B.A. in Biology from Carleton College and an MBA in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
